When was the last time you went barefoot? Today I want to tell you the benefits of going barefooted. Bare feet can also be termed, “earthing.” First, going barefoot can help reduce inflammation. If you can decrease it, you will have a lot more joy.

Second, bare feet can decrease stress! Lastly, it decreases the viscosity of your blood. Thicker blood increases your risk of a cardiovascular event so if we can decrease the thickness of our blood, then we are starting somewhere! Get outside and earth!
