Recently, an article came out that flossing wasn’t beneficial. That is simply not true! Flossing is all about preventive care. People like to find reasons to do things that they don’t want to know. The article said that flossing doesn’t really decrease decay. Well, the point of flossing is not to decrease decay necessarily, it is to keep your gums healthy.

Flossing is tough and can take time. Flossing is essential to good health though so it is worth working at. Flossing really means to remove bacteria around your teeth. You can use other things to do that than traditional floss. I’ll show you some different tools you can use if you don’t like floss. Mouthwash does not work nor does mouth rinse. It will get easier!
